Cheap Cancun Vacations?
My original vaction to New Mexico to go skiing got cancled on account of there being no snow. My new destination is Cancun, Mexico. I have a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We are looking for an all-inclusive resort on the beach. Including airfare, we are looking at the price range of 3-4 thousand dollars. No more than that. I know that is had to find, but if anybody knows of any good deals gong on for DECENT resorts, please let me know. I have looked all over expedia and had no luck. I am wanting 2 rooms for December 20th to 27th departing form dfw airport. Thank you for your help!
I’ve come to find out that it is far better to deal directly with a “real” travel agent. The old fashioned brick and mortar type. Online places such as Traveolcity, Orbitz, etc. are a rip off and over charge you way too much.
After searching online I went to a real travel agent and was given an all-inclusive resort and air fare at a five star resort for $800 for a week compared to online for the same resort package wanting in excess of $1500. One place I have found though is Traveloni. They are pretty good online service that deals directly with the major vacation companies such as Funjet, Apple, etc. and give you better deals. Right now they are offering a week in Cancún at Riu Cancún (very nice hotel and highly recommended) for only $750/week. Definitely a great deal so I’ll give you a link to check it out. Riu hotels in Cancún are very nice and I always recommend them to anyone. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any other questions.
