Is there a huge difference between skiing twin true and fair view of downhill skiing?
Hii! I was wondering if anyone can tell me about the transition from a regular alpine skiing at a true twin tip. I currently ski the Volkl Vertigo and I'm buying Skis Line Anthem. I more of a downhill skier, but I also do some jibbing. I told them more of a ski park, but they are also a great all around ski. Thank you for your help)
The first answer is wrong. twins are much easier to turn because the tails are bent upward ski on snow less. with ski races are flat back so it is harder to turn because there is more snow on the tail. some ski racers are starting to use twins because this task. I have twins, they are incredible, so much easier to turn and carve in them. National anthems are great. when I changed one downhill skiing a double i noticed anything other than the corners faster growing net and of course skiing switch. so fun.
