Michael Carroll appointed Bureau Chief Winters Company Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

rroll, who joined Winters Company in October 2008, was promoted to office manager. He began his career with winters as a representative customer service and made his way to the Service Manager and then click Call Center Manager before becoming the bureau chief. In his new role, Carroll will oversee the activities office, accounts receivable, managing mailings, customer service and inside sales management. It will also be responsible all sales and service reports. Carroll was trained in "The Winters Way" and Nexstar CSR / DSR Systems programs and service.
Back to Winters, Carroll was employed at Ski Market, specialty products sports store for seven years. Carroll served as a ski Market General Manager in Woburn MA and prior to that, he was Director General of Nashua and Manchester NH stores. Before that, he was Director Assistant Store Danvers. Carroll has won a number of regional and national selling price of the stock exchanges.
Carroll graduated from the Academy Christian Brothers high school in Albany, NY, who participates in the U.S. Army JROTC. He holds an associate Applied Science in business administration from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York and a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in finance from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY.
He is a native of Albany, NY.
