Skiing last week of April in Lake Tahoe?
My boyfriend is taking me to Lake Tahoe on April 18-20 for my birthday. This will be our first time going to Lake Tahoe. I really want to go skiing but im not sure where to go, what ski resorts will be open still and best place for beginners. He also wants to go to the casinos, so it would be nice if you could recommend a place close to casinos. I have been researching for awhile but i seem to get nowhere HELP!!!
I have been planning a trip for our family and have been asking myself the same questions. I decided we should stay at Embassy Suites because of the free cooked breakfast and free happy hour(s) every day. The rooms are a little more, but when you add these perks up it will pay for itself. The hotel is right next to the gondola that will take you up the mountain to Heavenly ski area. I’m not a skier/snowboarder so I wanted to be around other things to do. The hotel is right across the street from the casinos and shopping nearby. Have fun!
