Where to have a winter vacation in CO?
My husband and I have been wanting to make a winter trip out to Colorado. We have a 5 yr old daughter that we want to take with us. The primary reason for the trip is to have fun and do some snowboarding but also have it very kid friendly with activities our daughter can enjoy as well. So the question is where is a reasonably priced place (or even just a suggested area) that has access to ski lifts and has things I can take my daughter to do?
Yeah Vail is nice and expensive and crowded and touristy…
Try Sol Vista at Granby Ranch, it’s a smaller ski area that is meant for families. It has tubing and other family activities too. It’s also less than half the price of Vail resorts.
