Who thinks that skiing is for rich?
people think that im rich because i ski, but im really not, im one of the poorest kids in my school! the only reason y we can afford it ski is because my grandparents have a lot of skis and we use thoes, and then they have a house in colorado, and they get a bunch of free lift tickets because they work in this soup place at the top of the mountain.
so of i told you that i ski would you automatically think that im rich?
No, I ski and I’m not rich. I don’t get free lift tickets or equipment. But skiing is a very expensive sport, lift tickets going over $50 at the big mountains and a full set of good equipment going for $800-1000+. Not to mention that equipment doesn’t last forever. But it’s all worth it…
